Entering into property development business in 1990, we have since forayed into hospitality (Aavkaar & Avsar party plots), education (Karmayoga Institute) and corporate park (Aditya One) segments as well. Sharpened by our expertise and strengthened by our experience, throughout this time we have delivered plenty of prominent projects that in combination, cover roughly about 20 hectares of land in and around Rajkot.
